Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of installation to begin your return or exchange process.

    Scheduling Pickup

    For Tonal trainers, we will coordinate with our professional logistics partners to schedule a convenient time to uninstall and remove the unit from your wall.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Accessories

    Ensure all smart accessories and components are gathered and placed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
